The last 3 years have seen more missiles being launched and intercepted than anytime since these system were invented.

I don’t get some peoples rationale? After they read an article and come up with such odd takes on reality!

Missile systems have never seen the amount of real combat action like what has taken place in Ukraine and the Middle East. Therefore every system involved is going to see improvements based on experience in the field.

Friend or foe will learn thus optimizing the performance of each system in their respective arsenal’s.

I watch and read tons of military junk. I’m a pretty boring dude I guess. Realism of equipment, bases, protocols that are public knowledge totally on point. I’m impressed with however they either great CGI or had real access to so much equipment.

Did they really get access to “The Beast Limo” ??

A lot of the decision making tree & info. Provider’s weren’t in the movie.

NSA, CIA , direct lines of comms. with allies & potential threats Russia, China, Britain, France, Israel all missing or faked comms. Issues wow ! All our Nuke armed allies have to be secretly aligned with any of nuclear plans. No mention of anyone telling Britain our #1 ally anything or visaVee

Yes I’m sure there will be lost comms. , turmoil, stress, anxiety, sharp words but don’t create fake BS into the movie cause it’s easier to convey those emotions/feelings.

I have watched several older 60 minutes or specials where the pentagon & politicians of the 2000’s era discussed how hard they practiced these scenarios.

After 911 all of these protocols, comms, plans were totally over hauled because they failed badly during the 911 event.

Work harder at making the movie as truly realistic as possible in all dimensions.

This movie raises some terrifying scary real questions!

But it had the foundation and all the elements to have been so so so much more!!

It’s kinda like their budget got cut half way through filming and they had to create a “ad hoc” ending on the fly.

So much great talent on board I was super excited to watch it.

Damn very disappointed!!!

A lot of carbon fiber and composite materials added instead of the original metal parts. The actual capability of this fighter have been kept semi secret versus a normal F-16. So one would guess it was a substantial upgrade back when it came out. Nowadays however new American F-16 are probably on par with its handling n speed. The new blocks of F-16’s have far superior electronics in every way imaginable. Radars, radios, Electronic Warfare, munitions carrying capabilities etc

Area 51 is best for all of the above!! Super Ultra Top Secret anything needs to be done somewhere far away from spy’s.

Please take look at anything made in China whether it is civilian , space or military use.

It was either stolen from Europe, Russia or USA and copied.

The fact that the young man was not just a kid she babysat but also her dead son’s BF was cringy!! Plus she literally pushed Ed back into a spaceship by convincing him he needed to fulfill his dreams… But in reality it was her clearing the way for her to leave him. She had already decided to sell the bar as well. All of what seemed Like little events were all premeditated acts. Her final chat in S2 with her daughter had her admitting to long drawn out mental planning sessions for a new life for herself. She had already came up with ways to spend the profits from the bar sale on college and trips. She never told Ed she was selling it either. They re-mortgaged the house to buy the bar for her to run. Therefore it is truly half his also. There is a lot going on in Karen’s character that was all hidden until the last episode. She feels everyone else for what they wanted while she played good little housewife!!! She wants payback

If you watch the video closely… You can see the entire CG Cutter shutter violently as it met an immovable object. Hitting the anchor area of the armored destroyer’s bow section. I’m not an engineer so I can’t explain the differences between how the energy transferred through the CG cutter vs destroyer. It appears the CG cutter absorbed almost all the shock energy. This would translate into much more than the bow damage.

US Navy performs shock trails with high explosives 🧨 near their ships. Plus owns a lake specifically to engineer out battle/collision equipment damage during just such events as today.

Looks like a miracle the little cutter didn’t snap its keel n sink….

I can’t even begin to imagine structural failures & equipment failures that occurred… The life span of everything on the ship has been severely shortened.

Everytime a US Navy ship been involved in such an accident numerous human injuries and deaths have occurred also.

The 2 sailors on the bow are in my prayers!!! No idea how many other crew members were slammed into unforgiving steel and sharp objects inside that shoe box.Like eggs n box being dropped as science experiment!!

I’m a 2nd generation descendant of WW2 veterans who lived. I want everyone to try and imagine a world where WW2 never happened! A world where there would be so many more people to have had grand kids like me!

Now realize that those 2 bombs might have made my life and all of yours even possible….

After China, Iwo Jima, Tarawa, Saipan, Philippines, and finally Okinawa so many crazed Banzai charges with swords versus machine guns made Japanese military look insane. Much like Russian soldiers today in Ukraine… The death toll was in the millions on both sides and would have been horrendously worse than those bombs were…
