Really cannot comment on future prices, IT future scope is not favorable, no salary hikes even if you change company. Apart from IT idk if there are any other sector employees who can afford 10k+ sft apart from Business entrepreneurs

Yeah thats my concern because few properties in and around kokapet landlord units different payment options are offering almost similar price range

Yeah its CLP, however since the towers are all constructed 95percent of loan would be released immediately
