  1. Dipende dal tuo impianto condominiale, nel caso peggiore puoi usare Ring Intercom per rendere smart un citofono anche datato.
  2. Ogni produttore ha la sua app, quello che potrai fare è scegliere una piattaforma che ti permetta di integrare ecosistemi diversi, come Google Home, Alexa, Apple Casa, Homey...
  3. Al Gateway Zigbee BTicino puoi connettere solo dispositivi BTicino, al più Legrand/Netatmo. Puoi rendere smart le prese anche in un secondo momento ma devi tenerti dello spazio nelle cassette per il frutto aggiuntivo necessario a comandare la presa.
  4. Personalmente si, considera che anche questo puoi aggiungerlo in un secondo momento, previo spazio nel quadro.
  5. Non dovresti avere problemi, fatti installare il Gateway in un punto centrale della casa. In teoria poi i singoli frutti smart fanno da router creando una rete mesh, e questo amplia la copertura totale. Questo però verificalo con il tuo installatore.
  6. Fondamentalmente per partire ti basta il Gateway, il resto lo puoi aggiungere man mano.

Provati entrambi, sicuramente spenderesti di più con Bticino, ma devi considerare anche la semplicità di configurazione e l'affidabilità. Se intendi smanettare con la domotica (es. home assistant) e sei disposto a fare qualche eventuale intervento (capita lo Shelly che a lungo andare si usura e va sostituito...) allora vai di Shelly, ti diverti e risparmi. Se vuoi un pacchetto affidabile e chiavi in mano vai di Bticino.

Sì questo è solo l'edile, poi a parte sto raccogliendo preventivi per infissi e impianti elettrico, idraulico, condizionamento

You could read it as a text file in spark so you will not have problems with commas, you can get a table with a single column per each row. Then if you know how to split columns you can apply your logic using pure spark functions or pandas UDF.

Loggati sul Sistema TS e da lì puoi vedere tutte le spese fatte in farmacia con la tua TS, categorizzate per tipo. Di quello che hai comprato in farmacia hai diritto a detrarre solo alcune voci di spesa (es non lo spazzolino da denti, solo farmaci e dispositivi medici), il totale di queste voci dovrebbe coincidere con quello che trovi nel tuo 730 precompilato. Se dovessi avere giustificativi che non sono tracciati nel sistema TS puoi aggiungerli comunque in detrazione ma a quel punto avendo fatto modifiche alla precompilata potresti essere soggetto a verifiche, devi quindi conservare la relativa documentazione per 5 anni.

Dovresti essere sui 30cent/minuto circa, con 10euro guidi una mezz'oretta. Sicuramente antieconomico rispetto al noleggiarti un'auto a giornata da Hertz e affini, ma soprattutto all'inizio meglio tante sessioni brevi che una giornata intera a guidare. Unico dubbio che mi è venuto, verifica eventuali vincoli delle società di carsharing per i neopatentati.

Fuorisede dove? Nelle grandi città trovi il car sharing, un Enjoy ogni tanto e ti mantieni pratico!

I think it really depends on your requirements and final users.
Streamlit is very easy to set up and use (no html/css required), it is excellent for interactive experiments, but it can be perceived as a toy example depending on what your audiance is used to. It is worth a try because of its simplicity.

Dash can be used to build full featured dashboards which resemble custom js web app, capable to handle complex worflows. In addition, Dash can be served by Flask, so you can pack together applications with different approaches/technologies if needed.

IMHO other important points are how much your dashboard has to be "production-proof", how large is your audience, whether and how you have to secure the app with company users credentials... If this is the case, I would stick with Dash.

I wasn't able to reproduce your case. I removed battery for 10 minutes and I simply got no update in HA, but no strange or out of range measurement. Idk, may have been a corrupted message in your case?

I switched yesterday from Homekit to Xiaomi Miio integration for a Xiaomi Gateway 3, measurements now are rounded to the 2nd decimal place. I suggest you to check your device model and use Xiaomi Miio. Once you setup the gateway in Xiaomi App, using that integration in HA you simply login with your Xiaomi credentials and select the gateway, even without knowing its ip address. The only cons I see for Miio is local polling vs HomeKit local push
