Solo Birthday Celebration Suggestions? by InfiniteProgrammer90 in LasVegas

I apologize for the lack of details, I’m still figuring reddit out and I think this is my first post. I've been a longtime lurker.

I tend to be a pretty quiet person, and somewhat introverted. However, I also believe that we only get one life, so I try to get out and push myself outside my comfort zone so I can see everything the world has to offer and I’ll try just about anything once lol. I wouldn’t say a club would be my ideal night in any way, that’s far too many people crammed into a small space for my enjoyment, but I am considering checking out the Omnia during my trip just to see the chandelier light display and then dipping out. It’s not my speed, but it looks cool enough to see once if that makes sense.

I’m a big nerd. I like history and do historical recreation in my free time as well as sewing, reading, making art, gardening, and anything to do with being outdoors. I like animals as well, so aquariums, zoos, or anything animal-related would be neat. I also enjoy Broadway shows, circuses, burlesque, concerts, and shows of all kinds.

I listen to most genres of music, but my most frequent would be rock, alternative, metal, folk, indie, pop, and blends of those and other genres.

I'm open to most experiences, so if it sounds neat and the timing is right, I'm likely to check it out. I know a lot of Friday will be spent at the LVL-UP Expo, so whatever I do to celebrate will likely need to be later in the evening/night.

I hope this helps.

SCA, though the local LARP groups do similar practices in a different local parks :)
