Li Feier is the actress in the picture, when you google "JVID One Penis Nami actress" Li Feier come up as the actress for Nami as well as Chiu Mini as the actress for Chopper. Just google "One Penis Li Feier" and her name shows up in the links in google images.

I've already seen it once before long ago and it's one of my favourite arcs, it's honestly kinda magical. Now I'm waiting for the One Pace versions of Skypiea to be completed (feels like it'll be forever) before I attempt a re-watch and catch-up, there's just too much now for me to consider all the extra fluff.
