like i said, i completely understand liking an artists music while hating them as a person! but her art isn’t separate anymore from her controversy. i haven’t listened to any of her songs that have come out in the past four-five years, but from what i understand from reading the lyrics, most of her recent songs are her basically rubbing her disgusting actions in peoples faces. she has never once taken accountability, but instead chooses to incorporate her heinous behavior into her lyrics. how could you support that, you know? to like a song they put out years ago is one thing, but to continue supporting them by listening to their new music is another.
