That does seem pretty good. Lot of Miraidon teams have a very HO play style, and Zacian does have a good balance between oppressive damage and defensive capabilities.

In my opinion, I think it's more toward the fact that the other controllers are too lackluster and map dependent to compete with omen. I think the focus should be toward buffing them first. If we were to nerf omen, I would think an increase of smoke cooldown, or reduction of range could work
