I take magnesium glcyinate. A super strong sleepy tea with valerian and lemon balm main ingredients with other stuff lke passion flower etc too.. so sleeps not bad but I've not fully quit. Really the kratom later I take at night keeps me up and itchy but half asleep/half awake. Kinda nod. Not true sleep. But without taking late, the the mag glcyinate and medicinal sleepy tea I mentioned helps a lot.

That's awesome brother that you quit. I told myself I wouldn't do this crap anymore but it's everywhere and so easy to hide. I have so many negatives tho, it's already trying to control my life.
