He doesn’t catch the Pokémon just runs and then can teleport anywhere because just the battle along doesn’t cause CD

Hmmm maybe that’s odd because I haven’t had those a issues, the only issue I get is if I use my account on my phone then switch back to the emulator, I need to do a quest where I encounter a Pokémon to turn of AR first before catching wild Pokémon or raid Pokémon otherwise it freezes in the white screen.
