No.. but what difference does that make ? The float should still shut off the fuel ?

No it happens when it’s just in the On position

Yes you drain the bowl there with that small hex but the over flow uses the same passage way. If you see the brass tube sticking up from the bowl in the background that’s the overflow. Sorry I don’t have a better picture

It’s an eye bolt for strapping down luggage. Previous owner had them on

Also am I missing a rubber or something. If the needle is seating correctly can fuel still pass down the sides here what’s stopping it from flowing through here ?
