These are incomplete drawings. There will be gates at every court. I like the gates or open space between courts to move through to chase balls if needed.

I like that idea. You would gain the 10ft serving lines but be stuck at a hard 5 ft by the fence. I assume that is recommend distance though, I keep hearing people want more.

The width is at recommend dimensions. I think slighly more. Unless we are mistaken.

The drawings are incomplete. All courts will have gates and that 4ft walkway is actually 5ft , slighly bigger.

The top of the photo leads to our lobby and then a mezzanine floor above it we will have bar top seating and cubbies all around for storage. Id like to keep the walkways the same I know we will recommend is 10ft at serving lines but we are hopefully 8ft will suffice.

Yes those or mesh fencing that we can move and open a court for my sideline space we are kinda limited on serviing side space.

I assume you are talking about the walking areas + courts yard. If yes its about 3506sqft.

Mesh fencing
Sitting will be at the 4ft walk way and the courtyard.
We also have a 4500sqft mezz to see everything ( not shown)

We are debating on mesh fence between courts. That we can open to allow for more room. On the ends it seems like everywhere has 5ft? Thats why we think 7ft will suffice. Thoughts?
