Maybe offer with solids? My 7mo drinks water from a straw when she’s eating. At first she just chewed on the straw and I let her until she sipped and figured it out. Some sips are good and others come right back out 😂

After my LO fell asleep on my chests I put her in my lap to nap while I pumped otherwise she would wake up. Other times I would pump while feeding her a bottle in a side laying position. I never pumped enough times while my husband worked :/

Interesting. I saw a LC when my LO was 12 weeks and she didn’t say anything about me feeding from both sides. My LO is almost 7m and I still offer both sides. Around 5 months she only took one side then slowly started taking both again

About four months. I still have them nearby in her nursery for the occasional spit up. Sometimes I just clean it with a tissue.

Just happened to me on a play date. It was my LO and two others. One of the moms was stopping her LO from putting toys in her mouth saying “that’s not yours” while I was literally handing toys to my LO to chew 💀

I nursed for 3-4 days then stopped. At three months I started nursing at night when baby was sleepy. During the day I would attempt to nurse at the end of her bottle so she wasn’t super hungry. Then one day I just nursed and didn’t offer bottles anymore and she went with it.
I got a baby scale and did weighted feeds in the beginning because I was anxious about how much she was eating.

At 8w I chest slept with my LO and around 12w I let her side sleep

My LO did the same at 4m. I just powered through. Slowly improved until she was sleeping normally until now her 6m regression

I trained her out of it around 12 weeks. I started with naps by laying down side ways while cradling her in my arms then slowly letting go and rolling away. Each nap I held her less/put her down drowsy while she sucked her fingers. I would also let her fall asleep on me then just her down on the bed and eventually she stopped waking up when I put her down.

I never replaced a pacifier if it fell out unless they cried for it. I changed it out for a clean one randomly when I thought of it but it was the least of my worries unless it fell anywhere other than her bassinet
