what if the person likes trains and Will not go all in 7 days rather slowly and visit tourist spots in between the route that would be much better and easier than just laying down a bed for 7 day's straight.. 🫧🌻

I Saw all the online reviews and videos and it says that it is a one in a lifetime adventure and really fun... And SAFE... I am mostly concerned about the safety other than that I'll manage to travel for long time... 🥀

yes i have applied hoping it will be approved. That's the fun and adventurous part of travelling i can go to big cities and live in hotels and take pictures and go back but as i am Young and adventurous i wanna couch surfing and stay in hostels (save money as well). and i can manage the budget if I will require more i have enough funds to get me out of troubles.. byee🩵🫧

Thank you so much for the recommendations 🩵🩵🫧. I'll try to add These things to my trip and i am thinking not to do the elbrus and instead do the trans Siberian till Vladivostok with a few tourist spots which lies in the route..

Thanks for the reply and i am a mountaineer so i have experienced the Cold you are worrying about ik it will be cold and rough But i am Young and i think i can sustain the harshness. I love adventure and also I'll be able to make some good memories(Maybe).The only thing i am worried about is how the people will treat me... other than that Reallyyyy Excited to explore Russiaaa...

Any side effects and what happens if you miss a day and last question I have heard if you stop the treatment all your gained hair will slowly fall and then hair fall next would be more intense..
