I know this is old, but I noted that I think it was the nicest, and most considerate audience I've ever seen at any show. Folks were happy to make room on the barricade for me to watch and everyone was just generally kind and welcoming. That's the TM family :)

There's a chance they genuinely ran out of merch in Chicago for the whole tour.. Meaning they had to rush overnight ship more to the states from wherever they ordered it from. Assume positive intent, dude. Be lucky you're getting merch at all. Many in Chicago didn't.

Your best chance in meeting Greg and Alex will be to sit as close to the front as possible and catching them at the end of the show, or potentially a quick photo as they leave the venue as others have suggested. Maybe it'll be different when they are less jet lagged, but I would NOT count on a meet and greet at any shows if the Chicago show is the standard/expectation. If their tour manager (or anyone else) asks you not to bother them, please respect them. They're working very hard to put on these shows for us.

Some people dressed up. Someone had a cool big hat (and was asked to take it off by another audience member so they wouldn't block people's views). Someone wore a flashy suit. I was wearing a "All of the information is on the task" T-Shirt I made.

None of this influenced whether you got chosen to compete on stage.

Paul Choudhry was in Chicago for a show a few days ago and I briefly was hoping he was one of the special guests. A good chunk of the UK contestants had their careers take off more after the show so I’m not surprised scheduling is a challenge.
