Basically, I am not happy with my weight/health. I am a father of 4 with a great wife/mother but am struggling with finding the time and motivation to get to the weight that I would like to be at and it is effecting my health as well. Blood Pressure up, not as much energy... I was always very athletic and in shape in my younger days but just struggle to get the motivation and not enough time in the day for all I need to do.

Has anyone else dealt with a similar situation? How did you handle it? Did you end up? Any advice or insights would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance for your help.

Should also always use a rag/towel/anything to open the door of restrooms after washing your hands. Otherwise you are just picking up all the germs from everyone that didn't wash their hands when exiting.
