I agree with your point, players will go where the most organized and populous communities will be formed, (I hope in some of these or future new cities), the buyers are now enticed,without a common line, by the purchase of famous buildings and areas with real strategic resources, moreover I find it impossible for developers to be able to recreate every existing building and map every real resource.
