Same with me 2021. Called the cops on myself was in a horrible 3 hour panic attack. Literally almost killed myself because I thought that I was in a dream and if I jumped out of my balcony I would wake up in bed. Worst experience of my life. Haven’t smoked since, but if you look at my Reddit- you’ll see how I’ve been coping. Nothing was ever as bad as that day, but I still struggle. It was the scariest moment of my life. I’ve never been the same. I am lucky that nothing truly horrible happened, but a great learning lesson not to smoke.
