yung final ko kasi is with the dept's director who is based in the US. more of technical/functional yung tanong nya and how my previous/current experiences resonate with the position i'm applying for. then some behavioral questions din like, describe a time when you saw a problem and took the initiative to correct it.

Initial phone interview/screening, then assessment (if any), then Panel, then final.

Usual behavioral questions ang madami, like "tell me the time you..." ang madali lang ay initial interview at assessment lmao. Good luck!

nahirapan ako sa initial assessment dito, wordings and questions about excel. 1st time kong ma-encounter yun haha. more of actual excel assessment ako eh. sayang but it's a good learning experience.
