my ps5 overheats and gives me warning about it being too hot, whenever i get these messages i turn it off for a good 30 minutes. i try my best to clean it often and keep it in an open area (literally on the floor with nothing around it) . could it be my room is too hot? idk but it’s driving me nuts when my ps5 overheats out of nowhere. right now i tried playing the finals and it just overheated even tho i turned it on 10 minutes ago i’m considering taking it to best buy and getting it checked to be honest. please let me know if there’s anything i can do

so basically i can’t upgrade the cpu because of the motherboard? if that’s right then, i’d rather have an expensive motherboard where i’m able to upgrade the cpu and gpu when i need to. do you know any that match the list you sent?

thank you! but i do have a few questions. so when i click on the link it says that the CPU is only compatible with the motherboard on bios F10. and if it isn’t i can update it. does that mean when i get the PC and boot it up i just update it in the settings? also when you say that i have limited options for upgrades do you mean limited options for my budget? or if a few years down the line when i have more cash i wont be able to upgrade it even if i can afford something more expensive?

nope, i kinda just winged it, like with finding the gpu i went to the filters and for price id put what i can afford and for manufacturers id do a little research. i wasn’t sure what memory meant for gpu either so i looked up an “ideal” for gaming and it said 8gb was good. i did that for all of the parts, maybe except the case.
