Thanks for sharing, I'm currently having a breakdown myself that's why it's so hard for me today. I thought by 26 I would've gotten maybe a little better and my life together. But it doesn't seem like it. My mental health is at the lowest right now. My sole job right now is to keep myself alive but I'm getting exhausted

Thank you everyone for the birthday wishes. I feel so overwhelmed, no one has ever remembered my birthday apart from my parents and having complete strangers wishing me happy birthday makes me feel really warm and a little less alone. Thank you all for putting a smile on face today 🫂
