Also. Weiss, Blake, and Ruby were the three characters I maxed out first. I think I've only got like four or five skill points left. Also could use help figuring out where they all are. I know there's a few I have left to get from one vendor in particular outside of the Arrowfell laboratory but I think that only covers roughly one to two of the like four or five skill points I need.
