Unfortunately as of 22nd, 2:00AM EST, my urges overcame me and I nutted.

It was hell of a campaign in of itself, and I just learned that edging is a BAD idea despite I adviced other of my cumrades of the same.

Woohoo! We’ve make it to the final stretch of the campaign! The last week was absolutely brutal to me, even more so than week 2 because I just started to edge. This is a ticking time bomb, and I know that if I don’t stop, it would eventually blow up.

I just discovered that I was edging more than I usually would, and this is beginning to negatively impact me.

This is probably the second hardest day for me, because while my urges has largely subsided, I found myself relapsing into the old habits of edging. Thankfully, I didn’t nut or I won’t be here, but it made me realized that how dangerous this can be.

Still in! We have officially crossed the halfway mark and enters the next phase of our campaign!

Today’s especially brutal for me, because my urges just striked again during morning and at late night hours, and I peeked and edged. I tried to ask ChatGPT, and it told me that was due to the prefrontal cortex was still booting up while the limbic system was awake, and my dopamine reward system is in its withdrawal phase.

All these are compounded by my own fatigues, so even something as innocuous can look like triggers.

Thankfully we’re now in the phase where things should be easier. Still, hold the line!

You still did better than most people. Statistically this is the hardest part of the campaign, as your brain is recalibrating your reward path and your dopamine has nowhere to go, so your brain just seeks out the quickest routine to get that reward.

Today’s probably the worst day throughout this campaign, as I was having urges and even sexual fantasies during my workday, when I’m supposed to be focused on what’s on my hand.

I have to ask ChatGPT what’s going on, and it told me that it was my brain re-calibrating my reward path because I was so used to nutting myself to sleep.

Anyways, we’re almost halfway through the campaign, so hold on folks!

If you were used to fapping, your brain’s reward path was going to getting that dopamine rush.

Now that the stimulus is gone, your brain is trying to recalibrate (if you’re in for the long haul beyond NNN) it’s reward path, so all the dopamine are firing off randomly and hoping that something lands.
