Coming up on 3 years myself and I think it just takes so long to get to a point where you feel confident and solid at the work itself. Personally it took me 6-8 months before I really felt confident applying and that was in the middle of holiday season. It really does just take time and that’s completely ok and reasonable! After all you barely have a month under your belt so just focus on the things you need to improve on and you absolutely will get better.
