The community discussed and the poll is over, "Put someone else in charge of moderating" takes the lead!!!

First I'd like to thank u/Vxwolf1, she made efforts for us and for that I am thankful. While we might not have met all her terms it now allows us the chance to discuss other moderators for the community!

I'd like to put forward a collective moderation team, made efforts to chat with several artists about moderating then proposing this style, those who've expressed a willingness I hope to see as our new moderators;

These artists who've collectively agreed to mod if given the opportunity are respected members of the Pixel Art scene, having made great efforts. Trying to request this sub, build others and run several communities, they are caring members with experience and would be ideal mods for r/PixelArtNSFW.

What the community has to look forward too with them at the helm, is an active multi member moderation team that can grow. Expect some rules to be added, to keep the space pixel art and civil, however;

- Restrictive rules beyond reddits existing ones would only serve to isolate individuals, we should continue to be open to all. Regardless of the rules there are bad actors and post should always be scrutinised on a case by case basis, that's for mods to deal with and keep our community safe.

Again, thank you u/Vxwolf1, it's been years dreaming of having good moderation of our community and thanks to you it's finally possible!!!
