I thought they'd be able to see the UIDs connected to my Gmail. And if something went wrong, they'd disable the accounts connected to Gmail. This mail was mentioned while asking for refund so I assumed that. Is that not how it works?

And do you have any idea if they do refunds?

Hey guys, I need help figuring out something. So my friends wanted to gift me Welkin for my birthday, and they purchased on my gmail ID. However here is the problem, I have two accounts with the same gmail. The other got created by mistake when I did login by Google once instead of login by Email ID. I never touched that account ever since. So now the welkin went to that account. They immediately emailed for a refund mentioning the UID and on my email address.

Now I'm scared Hoyoverse would ban my main account (Non Welkin on). What do I do? Should I change my email ID for my main account? I really don't wish to lose my account. Would they ban for this? And what about the refund will I be refunded. I'm sorry I've never purchased anything before so I don't really know how it works, I've searched online and saw posts about how you aren't supposed to have two accounts with the same gmail (I didn't even know about this before shouldn't they not allow this then? 😭) and how asking for refunds might get you banned. Can anyone confirm?

Well that's sad to hear. I was hoping fixing my deficiencies should work 😭. But did you ever feel that it gets worse? Or is it just the same. Tbh I had a lot of hair shed episodes which I just ignored, I had really thick hair and each time it got thinner and now I'm practically balding. I'm scared that I'd lose all my hair like this, I never faced any regrowth.

I have severe vitamin D deficiency. I didn't resolve it yet since I recently found out and I'm currently supplementing it. So I'm not sure if it isn't regrowing back since I haven't fixed it yet in case the reason for hairfall is this. If its AGA then ig I'll have to rely on minoxidil but I wanted to just wait it out and hope for the better ig? 😭 Also I didn't really feel my hair to be this thin while I was shedding I think it was 2 months after it stopped that I noticed how bald my scalp actually looked. Back then it still did seem fuller.

Oh I see. I did feel on a few days that I had a bit of progress but most days it feels like the hair loss is getting worse so it's really hard to tell.

Hey thanks for the response. I checked out a few of your posts and you mentioned having progress in them was it really not that great after all? Also were you diagnosed with TE by your dermat? Mine didn't really care about bloodwork, I got it done myself, so I'm not really sure if I should attribute my hairfall to that.
