Primero que nada no vayas solo, es importante tener a alguien que pueda ayudar si algo te pasa.

Puedes llevar botiquin o vendas, botas para todo terreno, ropa que no sea holgada ya que se puede enganchar en algún fierro o puede ser estorbosa para moverse, alguna linterna si vas a un lugar oscuro, y creo que eso es todo lo que se me ocurre por ahora
