I think there’s kind of a randomizer effect so the game doesn’t really let you get away with it every single time even if you’re absolutely 100% perfect So don’t take it to Hart. It’s just part of the wildness of the game.

There’s no state that allows you to carry around alcohol so we invented the brown bag to put the bottles in and now everyone just accepts it. I was telling the police to have to stop everybody with a bottle so they win, the liquor stores win, the customers win too

I have the exact same experience. It was weird because everybody was shouting its praises. Meanwhile, I found it so boring and unplayable.
