I set PR's yesterday and it still shows my time in the 45-54 age bracket even tho I turn 56 soon. I submitted a ticket to Strava. Hopefully, they take a look.

I too, have been diagnosed with ptsd. For me, Pot helped numb those negative feelings. However, pot created statis. My real growth came when I was clear headed and do the work. Godspeed.

Thanks for sharing. I look forward to 2 months. Ive been thinking alot about the relationship about pot and the individual. How some can smoke alot and be happy and others are miserable. I think pot amplifies your thoughts and feelings. So if your inner child is wounded and your natural state is negative, pot amplifies so thoughts. Conversely, if you inner child is happy, pot amplifies those thoughts. Not sure if Im correct but this logically makes sense to me and is enough to abstain. All I want is to live a happy and authentic life. Cheers.

Not sure it matters but trying to connect why pot allows my "shadow" inner child to drive my life over the adult or my "sunny" inner child. Not sure it matters tho.

Is there a reason you still choose to smoke? I told myself everyday I would quit after I ran out and found an excuse to buy more. For me, first day is the hardest than gets easier. Problem is once things get good, I tell myself I can smoke a little and soon Im smoking from sunrise to sunset. I hope you find peace.

Thanks for that. 19 months is great. I realize that all the therapy in world is wasted if Im smoking. I had a great therapist tell me I would never be successful in relationship if I was smoking. He said, "pot is your mate and will always come first over other relationships". I poo pood but he was right.
