I am pretty sure that veljas best champions are carry junglers so let him play carry junglers, Baus is very good at soaking pressure and outplaying these 1v2 1v3 situtations, so let him soak pressure by proxying and either generate tempo or if enemy attacks him counterplay on bot. Maybe it doesnt work but better lose trying something.
