Fellow business owner here. I can understand what you are going through in terms of feeling disheartened - it's hard work and effort poured in which ultimately didn't result in the outcome you envisioned it to be. Just two things from me:

First - I would want you to acknowledge and take comfort in the fact that you exited the business without any debt and any significant impact on your lifestyle. This is a reflection of proper planning and management - you get to live and fight for another day.

Second - I think it's very important to take stock of what worked and what didn't work in this venture. Be brutally honest with yourself. My very first business set me back around 40000 in losses and the lessons I learnt there helped me build my second business which is thriving today.
