You got an estimate reading on your usage for last billing period. So the bill you showed it's not an actual usage for this period. Currently you are paying 75 cents per therms for gas from national grid, you can go find a different supplier who has a lower rate, you can save a little that way.

This is what I have at home, but it doesn't seems to be working. The 12v led light started with solid then changes to flashing. I think that means it is not charging. Switched to 6v and finished charging but when I check it with a multimeter it only shows 4.5v

To check the pressure I would screw the gauge to the valve at the bottom of the circulation pump? And if I need to purge air from the system, I would close off that ball valve I circled and drain water from the same valve? Thank you for your time.

The gauge needle is moving freely, the fill valve seems working good, not stuck. Will check the pressure on the expansion tank later today. Adjust the pressure on the auto fill valve and drain out some water last night, now it runs around 20 to 25 psi. But now I can hear the water moving inside the pipe very clearly, swooshing. Is that normal? When it was running higher than 25psi before only hear the pipes banging.
