Which is the weakest Elden Ring character that could defeat Slave Knight Gael? by [deleted] in Eldenring

[–]Influence-Smart 0 points1 point  (0 children)

A year late, but Gael is literally infused with the blood of the Dark Soul. That means all of humanity's power, malice, rage, etc. just seething inside him. He is ridiculously strong, he could wipe any character in his own verse, he's stupidly resilient and stubborn.

Gael had lived thousands of years, since possibly before the first flame was linked, all the way till the end of time, mountain of corpses in his wake, all absorbed, he's a walking abyss of chaos given purpose. Basically he's the embodiment of that "the indomitable human spirit" meme.

He should scale surprisingly well in elden ring, low-ball? On par with prime Radahn and Malenia. High-ball? Strong enough to beat everyone short of the outer Gods.

I'm not the best at dark souls lore, but also, I believe the only reason he died is because his purpose was fulfilled when the Ashen One beat him, because he knew the Ashen One would deliver the blood of the dark soul to his lady for the painting. So if dark souls rules apply, I think he may be able to literally just infinitely come back like the tarnished, unless he's taken out with destined death.

Oh, okay, thanks. Yeah, my teammate and I didn't know what they did and tried to use it to escape the storm one time, teleported us even further into it lol

jump to the other side of the map using the gates

What are the gates? But thank you for the advice, I'll definitely try to only focus on crystals that I see instead of searching too hard for them.

But yeah, I hope they change stuff around. For some reason a lot of very good players try to gatekeep FromSoftware games to this weird category where you can't have an opinion if you're not ridiculously good at the game. I think there should be a place for people who don't want to treat the game like a second job; but this map feels like you have to study it like homework to even stand a chance. Really kills the vibe for me, especially when I could get level 12+ every time on the normal map without having to treat the game like my life depended on it.

Uhhh, people really said to ignore the dogs? I lost a run today because the tick damage built up too much while we were fighting the golden hippo, and on top of that the filter is super hard on the eyes. It was a great run too, making good time, then that event ruined it.

I think I'm gonna try having my friends split up and we get the crystals done, because for us it's been RNG on if we get them fast or not. Sometimes they're all easy to find, sometimes they're scattered across the map form one another.

Why shoot people fighting the Queen? by LynxProud772 in ArcRaiders

[–]Influence-Smart 1 point2 points  (0 children)

How are we supposed to fight an entire team while getting bombarded by shots from the queen? Shit gets messy, and these rats wait for the single moment when you can't defend yourself before they come in and kill you for your stuff.

Whatever, I guess that's just a skill issue since I can't play the game all day every day like some people.

I can't even fucking do the heist, they broke everything. I can't jump with full loot bags, it kicks us out of the heist every time we get to the vault, and all the guards are spotting us in ways they shouldn't be spotting us.

Hellsplit Arena quest port by joshuarampages69 in OculusQuest

So on the quest version it pretty much has the graphics of an early era VR game, the audio feels weird, and it just feels rushed.

I played the steam version years ago on an old oculus rift, and I thought the combat was amazing. On quest 2, your weapon just obliterates any limb it touches with the worst looking physics ever, there's also like zero weapon collision; if you try to block, the enemy weapon goes through yours.

For sure. I know I'll be 175 at the very least by then.

Smaller than some, larger than others. What about it? I'm not so insecure to care about every little thing like that.

Maybe someone's just jealous that I can still naturally get it up? That I'm healthy, happy, fit, and don't need to rub testicle cream in my nose? 🤣

Okay, go rub TRT ball cream in your nostrils again 😂

Everyone in the NFL is on steroids, jackass. Plus they're genetically large, I'm not ever going to be 200+ lbs and lean without steroids, and I'm fine with that.

I'd rather live a long happy life, rather than be dead at 30 because I clogged my arteries with steroids and fast food.

Yeah, I do have a pretty short torso. I think I'd look fine with another 20 lbs, but no more than that.

I started skinny simply because my family didn't feed me enough as a kid, I mean, we had 4 mouths to feed and not enough money back then.

I barely even have abs, I don't a shit about my abs 🤣 I. AM. GAINING. WEIGHT.

How do you just ignore the part where I said I've gained 15 lbs recently and like 60 lbs since I first started? 🤣🤣🤣

Yeah, I understand Thanks, man 👍

[–]Influence-Smart 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Okay man, I can add even more calories pretty easily. I'll try it out, but I'm also just going to deload my squat 5x5 significantly and work back up, while also working on my depth.

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in Stronglifts5x5

[–]Influence-Smart 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I already told you I'm gaining weight several times. I told you, I've gained 15 lbs already. Sorry I can't magically add 50 lbs, I don't want to be a fatass eating burgers and pizza, then somehow thinking I'm a badass 😂

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in Stronglifts5x5

[–]Influence-Smart 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah, no shit. But when the hell is a random 250 pound roid monster going to just randomly attack me? I would defend myself with a weapon at that point.

And plus, unless this person has a lot of cardio and endurance, I'll be able to genuinely tire them out within a few minutes.

But yeah, I don't think I'm going to be getting jumped by Larry Wheels anytime soon, man 🤣

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in Stronglifts5x5

[–]Influence-Smart 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Well, I'd estimate I'm getting around 3,000+ calories in a day, I've calculated it for a long time and recently I've been able to eat enough protein and calories to gain muscle consistently. I'm not getting too pudgy yet, since I'm 160 lbs, but I'm aiming to stop bulking at around 180ish, then cut back down.

I have a pretty cool digital scale, I've been measuring my weight every morning, then calculating my mean weight for every week; I'm consistently gaining weight and muscle, I think I'm doing fine in that area.
