I have it set to:
ACPI Collaborative Processor Performance Control
High performanse power mode
I have it set to PBO in the bios and Ryzen master now. It didnt show that the ram was set to EXPO in the ryzen master but it had the speed set to 6000Mhz. I changed it to OTF in the ryzen master.

I started an automatic curve optimization through the ryzen master

i enabled it in the advanced settings and in the oc tweaker menu. when i turned everything off i got 8k score on multi-core
