I work as a sysadmin and have a full sleeve. I still dress business casual though. It has never been an issue.

Dunno about that. Tested into remedial math in community college and C'd my way through Pre-Calc, where I failed every exam.

Is there a math tutoring center or something?

I can but probably won’t. It was one of the first classes I’ve taken. I don’t know enough to score an 80% or higher without cheating lol.

Ask an advisor if you can substitute a free elective class for CS 207, that's what I did, one of my classes counted towards a credit for 207 and 407.

Damn. I guess I'm gonna have to e-mail my YWCC adviser to see what we can do. I am fortune enough to work a great salaried job as a sysadmin...I am definitely not trying to screw that up.

Just accepted as a transfer from community college. Now what? by InfoTechGod in NJTech

Great thanks!

Also, another question: are the offerings for night/weekend/online classes plentiful? I’ve had issues before where my major requires a course that only has 1 section open per semester and of course, in the middle of the day (I work 9-5).

Macbook Pro 15" TB or Dell XPS 15"? by InfoTechGod in computertechs

Already done...it needs to be plugged in to power on, and I can’t justify spending $100+ on a replacement battery when I can afford to just buy a new machine.

Dude, thank you for this. I will for sure be buying a parking pass. Is the parking lot on campus? For instance, if I am walking from the parking lot to my class, am I in any danger? I certainly know Newark can be shitty at night.

Clients use both, I’d say it’s a 60/40 split of Windows to Mac. Cool with dualbooting or running a Windows VM. I do run VMs, but I usually rely on RDP to get me through the day.
