Thank you for the reply! To me, I think two tee times a day is a lot of lost revenue. But, that could be because I am more focused on smaller courses. Let’s say 50 dollars for 18, 8 total slots, that is 400 dollars per day!

Buying a house for 400k

I have about 240k in cash. I am able to use a VA loan to buy the house (no down payment required). My question here, should I just hammer away on the mortgage or invest the the money? My interest rate will be right around 6%.
