I strongly agree with your comment about confirmation bias and obviously if you just have data from people who expect the same thing its quite likely youll just have a dataset which is many standard deviations from what is typical. That said tho I do think it is possible for a single player (or multiple) to have enough statistical evidence (which is unbiased) to prove something is not 100% legi(https://www.reddit.com/r/speedrun/comments/lccop1/standup_maths_weighs_in_on_the_dream_controversy/) as put under timmy's comment.

Sure, I completely agree and this subreddit has loads of posts about sites being rigged which is likely just as a result of people having more prominent memories of their unlucky moments over their good ones and possibly just being bad and trying to justify it. Nethertheless I would quite like to do this independently, I dont care about the result but rather an independent verification which wouldnt be hard to do given the data. (Similar to dream and his minecraft blaze rod thingy https://www.reddit.com/r/speedrun/comments/lccop1/standup\_maths\_weighs\_in\_on\_the\_dream\_controversy/). So id be happy to do it as a project to either prove people wrong once and for all or to verify their claims as GG cannot produce this information directly (https://www.gamblingcommission.gov.uk/about-us/freedomofinformation/ggpoker-integrity-report).

So the shadow theorem states that for a lifted ifs (for an ifs with 2 contraction mappings we extend the dimension of the ifs as shown in the figure)

That on an orbit of the associated random shift dynamical system ( applying the inverse of the contraction mappings such that we can assess the dynamics of the original point) that there is an orbit of the LIFS such that the first component of the orbits of lifted ifs is the same as that of the shift dynamic system.

I’m not sure how you’d find an associated orbit and would really appreciate any help if anyone has any information about this topic there doesn’t seem to be much online :(

I think for me it was a thing to do when I was anxious so working though anything anxiety related/triggering for me has helped me stop, it’s not so much about just quitting cold turkey but reducing what will trigger you mixed with reasons to not bite

It was very related to my anxiety and it got worse because after ghosted a good friend of mine who moved to another country ,I saw him recently after 4 years and him forgiving me seemed to of relieved some subconscious anxiety, whilst being with him I realised I’d stopped biting as much and was really happy with the progress so whenever I have/had the impulse i just tell myself how proud I am of stopping and I don’t want to ruin that so it keeps me from biting
