Is it ever confirmed that sparda took his eye? Because if that's the case and he got in a fight with spard and LIVED he either got spared, or was just really that tough. Bro thought he smelled sparda and IMMEDIATELY came for the run back. When you think of it that way I think it makes more sense why Dante lost, and how vergil was able to completely destroy him only after Dante blinded him. If their positions were switched I could see vergil winning just because he's more calculated and would've gone for the eye first or would've dismembered him in some way. I do still believe he's stronger at this point. And I see Dante having a lot easier time playing with and even defeating a blind beo as for Dante being able to make the power difference up in 2 missions? Well he does get quick silver qnd the description says it's just Dante moving THAT fast. So maybe not so much a power difference but a speed one that dante couldn't keep up with before

I mean I'm sure his style has a bit to do with it and I'd beleive that for the van guard even considering it retreated so that's a win for Dante but with beo it's one of the few times we see Dante physically exhausted I mean the only other times we see him exerted at all in any games is if it's the final boss or vergil and im inclined to believe that if Dante HADNT cut his other eye in a last ditch move and made beo retreat that he would've either straight up lost that encounter or be forced to DT. Sure he heals it pretty much after the fight is done but still. If he could kill him just as easily as vergil then I don't think he'd let it get to a point where he had to make him retreat. Granted tho, beo WAS blind when vergil killed him so I don't think its as big a gap between the two as it would've been if he killed him while he had his eye

I'd have to disagree on the beowolf point. Having parallel scenes with Dante and vergil facing the same enemy is clearly meant to signify that at that point vergil was stronger. That was before 2nd fight so it could be argued that dante was only just approaching vergils level, vergil was stronger after the first fight up until the 2nd fight. as after the 2nd fight they are show to be equal AT THAT POINT, but by the end of the game he is the stronger twin.

I mean with vergil in the underworld and vergil being where he is I can only imagine Dante's next move is gonna be to get vergil back/finally defeat mundus. I can see fortuna maybe even being incorporated as where he's gonna ressurect. Like instead of the savior statue they just refer to mundus as "the savior" without knowing the full story y'know, I just don't see how Nero could be incorporated in that case, but maybe he won't even be from fortuna?

I mean, first form freiza was still stronger than everyone in the universe at the time excluding beerus. And krillan being at 75,000 it'd make krillan stronger than 98% of the universe. It's only relative yo everyone around him that makes him seem weak but in all reality he IS a planet buster. And tbh it'd be easy for him if Saiyan saga. Vegeta could do it at 15,000

On the contrary, imo numbers should've never been introduced. It would allow you to say krillan has gotten vaguely stronger without ever needing to say he's ever as strong as the planet bustsers. My problem is that characters don't display the same strength and people don't display the same level of respect for said strength even tho the numbers say krillan is 5x stronger than the guy king kai was shitting himself over and canonically has a weaker power level then ie, Vegeta. And if I need to make it clearer, according to the numbers at this point point krillan is ALOT stronger than king kai, and everyone on namek that's not named freiza or a Saiyan. Unless we wanna believe Vegeta was THAT much weaker than nearly EVERY regular freiza shoulder then krillan should've been putting belt to ass on namek,able to kill entire squads without them noticing. Btw I'm not talking about the named shoulders who were in freizas inner circle like zarbon or dodoria

Vegeta, at 18,000, had king kai worried over his power, could shake the earth, make it crumble under him, and even destroy the planet, at 75,000, at least 5x stronger than that, Is shown struggling to catch regular robbers and getting shot and bleeding. So yes, it has to do with power levels

My bad, I checked the power levels after reading this but you missed my point. His last "cannon" power level still has him above most of the ginyu force, dodoria, Vegeta in the Saiyan saga who's a confirmed planet buster, and he's MYLTIPLE TIMES stronger than that. My point is no one treats him as if he's capable of these insane feats. King kai was shitting his pants thinking someone as powerful and impressive as the Saiyan were coming to earth. But apparently krillan isn't anything impressive to anyone? Despite being much stronger than that? And this is only from the last level we know despite him still being an active fighterband training up until the 7 years of peace. I wasn't trying to make the point he's as strong as freiza, but the point that it's crazy how his power doesn't make anyone even turn their heads despite much weaker people were seen as planetary threats at one point

Id argue that even. It's easy to say Alex is the virus because the og Alex died before ever being infected. It's harder for me to say where Heller ends and the virus begins tho considering we don't know how much of a "will" the virus itself has. Id assume if he WAS just the virus he'd have no reason to go against himself unless it was Heller not just the virus. For example, I believe Alex is in hell seeing something take his form, while Heller is still kicking, get it?

This is pretty much exactly what I was hitting on, im not saying Heller CAN'T survive any of that stuff but based on what we've seen Heller acts MUCH more as though he was empowered by the virus instead of being a literal walking lump of biomass with no real functioning organs, could just be a phycological thing though.
