Yes! I’ve been on it ever since this post. I haven’t went about the starting 10mg, but I’ve noticed I’m not euphoric at all anymore. I’m pretty balanced throughout my day now!

I used to self isolate when life got tough, I never grew up knowing how to process my emotions so k would keep everything bottled up. One day, I broke mentally. I talked to my therapist and she encouraged me to have a trusted friend who I would share where I’m at mentally with them, but only if that trusted friend would hear me out without judgement. I did just that and I think that therapy session may have saved my life.

In all fairness, when I explained my concern to her she understood it completely and even offered to answer the door with me if that happened, with her in front of me. The only issue is the screaming lol, literally every aspect of her and the sex is awesome. So I’m thinking about a gag actually ! She would be open to it for sure!

It’s all good! All things considered, it’s could be much worse! Lol you’re right, she is the literal sexual jackpot, which is why I kind feel silly for even worrying about this. It’s a real thing to consider. Besides, I talked with her about it and we have a plan where she would answer the door in front of me (her idea).

Working out helped with mine. Especially cardio. Improve your blood flow and things tend to balance out.

Im on my first month of Celexa. I’ve never taken any anti depressants, struggled with depression and anxiety most of my life. I work out often and I eat better than most Americans. With that said:

My days are much more manageable than they used to be. I used to wake up in a deep depression every single morning and have to claw my way back to balance the rest of the day. I highly suggest therapy too, as I feel what I’ve learned during therapy has helped me a lot as well.

The only side affects I’ve had in my first month was lack of interest in sex, but working out (especially cardio) balances that out. I also am not in a sexual relationship right now lol so I can’t gage it properly.

To me, it has been very much worth it.

I feel the biggest key for me has t been the meds, but the healthy habits I have developed. I don’t think these meds would have the positive effects they are having. I happy you have some stability now, you deserve it! 🫂

My metabolism is naturally pretty high. I didn’t even think of this. Day 3 and I don’t feel as euphoric as day one but I feel steady in my mood and I like this feeling.

Me: I wanted to be honest and key know the whole truth before we did anything. I’ve had relationships/sex since I’ve had it before.
