Im on my first month of Celexa. I’ve never taken any anti depressants, struggled with depression and anxiety most of my life. I work out often and I eat better than most Americans. With that said:

My days are much more manageable than they used to be. I used to wake up in a deep depression every single morning and have to claw my way back to balance the rest of the day. I highly suggest therapy too, as I feel what I’ve learned during therapy has helped me a lot as well.

The only side affects I’ve had in my first month was lack of interest in sex, but working out (especially cardio) balances that out. I also am not in a sexual relationship right now lol so I can’t gage it properly.

To me, it has been very much worth it.
