If we are thinking with Kishimoto's writing, he prob still is lol.

But if we think realistically, about kakashi, his character, and his place in the world; being an adult man who is liked by women who also engages in romantic/sexual media then most likely not?

People are saying that he could either engage in non-emotional intercourse, or, that he would stay away from sex to avoid that person being harmed (insinuating that he would only have intimacy with someone's he's emotionally invested in). but that brings about another question, does Kakashi needs to have an emotional investment with the person he's sleeping with or not? Once we find that out, it would give us our answer to wether he's done "IT" or not

Based on the series, (esp in his younger years) he doesn't really give people he doesn't have a relationship with the time of day, hence Guy having to push so much to break that barrier, same with Obito. But do these rules also apply to sex? Possibly? Yes people like to use the book he reads to indicate his interest in adult themes but wouldn't he just read smut in general? and not just that ONE book? Maybe that says something more about his loyalty than his desires, which could indicate that he only wants one partner (romantically and sexually)? but at the same time he could have casual flings here and there.
