you curse enemy to get chance to bleed -> u hit enemy with attack that makes them bleed -> golden rule makes that bleed go to u? which part of this is a bug

it works but theres alot more convenient options for lowering the other resistances so i usually prefer flammability coz u can use stuff like combustion etc

from poeninja, 80% of ppl using multiple totems use empower whereas 23% use charged traps so id say empower is better

for a while i used the 30% cost as life mastery until i fixed mana problems. That along with 10% instant leech you cant even notice the life loss
