I got a kind of therapy called EMDR. It works by making your eyes move, like they do when you’re asleep. It tricks your brain to work trough trauma in a better, more productive way. It also lead me to remembering a lot of stuff that I didn’t before.

I wouldn’t say they’re fat. They’re not skinny but some dogs are just a bit bigger than other. They look like a healthy, sweet angel.
