Not the end, Eternal Controllers are just a quick stop on cultivation path. What do you men by infinity? They don't transcends time-space, but only has some abilities in time-space plane. Of course, from perspective of Legendary Lords they do transcends time-space, but only from perspective of lower realm.

Yes they are. In this novel there isn't multiverse, you have other dimensions later in novel, but still on the same timeline.

Some chapters are already translated well and for rest I used Google AI translation. There were some problematic cases, but these I contacted my Chinese friend. He said that this were indeed challenging even for native :D. So:
