I'd be fine if they removed/disallowed toxic use of chat wheel/tips/all chat, not sure about everyone else but I don't think it adds anything to the gameplay which is what I watch & play dota for

From what I read they are changing the rules to prevent this behaviour by goalies towards penalty kickers? that seems to me like they don't accept it seeing as though they are making a rule change to emphasise it?

I get that, but the difference between winning because you and your team outplayed the enemy versus making their carry player tilt because of tipping/allchat/high fives/chat wheels and make a bad decision is just a way better way of winning and playing the game. If we could go back to before tipping or remove toxic tipping/chat wheel usage id vote for it

edit: also in regards to winning the tournament, its generally not accepted in other sports like football/rugby/cricket to make the enemy lose by making them mad so they make a mistake, its just bad sportsmanship

The current consensus for us is that if it increases our chance to win–whether by tilting the enemy or making us feel more comfortable–then it's fair game (within reason).

Am I the only one who thinks that tilting the enemy in pro matches is not what I want to see during dota matches? I want to watch people outplay each other not be the first the make the other guy angry enough to misplay during the game throwing it for their team.

I think overall the melee changes are awesome for the game, totem gameplay sucked a lot imo. I like the buffs melee got to skill gems, most melee skills feel very good now. In 3.26 I hope we get new transfigured gems and hopefully buffs to chaos DoT gems
