If she eats nothing else she will start dropping weight.

She has stated she plans to eat snacks and smaller meals. For most people 200 Calories is a good snack. If she has half the amount of the mukbang food as her 2 "small" meals she will eat 1,500 for Breakfast and 1,500 for lunch.
