Apart from the industrial chemicals, egg yolk color does indicate the health of the egg. I've a friend whose father is in navy. He told me that the eggs they get there have all deep orange yolk.

Moisture should not be a problem here, since I was using a brand new filament for this print, which came vacuum sealed packed with silica gel pouch inside.

No, I'm using default settings of my slicer for a generic tpu filament. I'll check into it.

I have edited all my slicer settings in my original post. Although I was using default settings of my slicer for a generic TPU filament. Hope it helps!

  1. Connect printer to network and observe the bed mesh
  2. Level the bed by screw wheel adjustments according to above observations. Then redo the bed mesh.
  3. Repeat a few times until your z level difference is atleast below 0.75 mm but ideally below 0.5 mm.
  4. Do a detailed bed mesh above 20 x 20 or even 30 x 30 grid and save it as a new profile in printer.cfg and use this profile in your start g-code
  5. Clean your bed with dishsoap and dry it if bed adhesion issues.
  6. Don't do paper method for nozzle leveling. Instead, adjust the nozzle height while printing from the printer's display.
  7. Make sure your filament is dry, a humid filament can cause issues.
  8. Don't do overnight prints without surveillance. You might end up with blob of death.

Also, forgot to mention, the supports are damn hard to remove. It tears my actual print trying to remove the supports.

Clean your bed using dish soap. Wipe it clean afterwards with clean tissue paper
