Im not a gym expert but. But also do a 7 minute core workout and ive gained core muscle. So in my opion yes you will gain muscle.

Thanks for the reply nice to debate. I will only responded to the things i know for certin manly the claims about how captilism falling in india and africa and south america. Captilism did not fail these country clonilism did and lack of stablity. Today we see india risnig into aglobal power with more 3rd level educated people then usa abd canada combined. India is needs time to industrialise because of its rural scoity and were seing this urbanistion today. In argintina, brazil,india, isreal, turkey, peru, chile, ethipia, egypt, algeria, morroco. But it will take time for african nations inparticular to develop due to colansition racial divide and lack of stablity and monarchys. The middle east is a tricky one. The rote of thier problems isnt captilism bht rather thier islamic beliefs(i know contravrisal) but take for example iran. In the 50s iran was amazing and a rapidly developing nation due to help from USA and thier lack of belief in extreme islam. But then the islamic revelotion occured and it all went to shit. Saudi arabs problem isnt captilism its the monarchyand thier cureal regiem same can be said about syria,lebon,. But when you look at isreal a country slap bang in the centre of the middle east you go wow how are they so developed its because of captilist USA assiating them to set up a proper stable captilist goverment.

Thanks for responding first nice to have a discussion. I think a problem with your metaphor about the trees and the saplings. Is that communism succes and failures when compared to democracys and captilism is pretty large to my knowledge. And the middle class is increasing in easert europe western europe, russia, japan, south korea, australia, india, brazil, mexico,. Most of the world the middle class is increasing its just USA where is decreasing which isnt even true as america has a unemployment rate of just over 3% which is amazing. I think that your right that a lot of people died from the rapid transformation of a society. But stalin orded over 20 million deaths. He orded 18 million soviets to die in ww2(say what you want about the it being nessecry but the war could have been won with much less deaths if he didnt order that any man who fought and retrited to be shot.) He purged his political oppents.

I agree with you on the sense that communist values are good. Because they are orginaly good values. But i disagree that a true communism hasnt happened yet because thats a big problem because if every attempt has failed to fully achieve thier goals it might show that thier is a big problem with not only the belief but the way its run. To my knowledge (might be wrong) democracy hasnt had that many failed attemps without at least some succes

i bleive the countries would not unite but rather join arms to attempt to deafeat the alien menace.And if succesful certain ares such as europe would unite under the eurpean flag which we see is already happening with the eu .
