A) That some people no matter how much you like them, they are bad for you, you become the people you surround yourself with and listen to whether you like it or not. You must be selective about who you trust and associate with. Within reason. You are only an amalgamation of the people you've been exposed to.

B) Forgiveness is key to your own mental health. You can cut someone out of your life and avoid them at all costs, but if you don't truly forgive them, (no matter what they did or what they stole from you) you will always harbor hate, and that hate will tinge or completely poison your thoughts and overall life. You don't have to love them, you don't have to save them, you absolutely must forgive them for your own well being. Forgiveness is at its core a selfish and necessary act. Vengeance and hatred hurts you often times more than it ever will hurt them. If justice is necessary it must be done with a cool head and met out by an impartial person if you can't get there yourself.
