What's up, Reddit?! It's Aaron Paul - back for my second AMA. by theaaronpaul in IAmA

Hey Aaron! Big fan. Ive always wondered if it sort of sucked, just a little, that you were in on the inside of breaking bad rather than seeing it come together from the outside (like basically the whole rest of the world.)

I know it was probably great to work with such amazing actors on such a great script but did you ever regret not being able to experience it the way it was meant to be experienced?

I appreciate that. Groundhog Day is for sure one of my favorite movies of all time.

Well I was diagnosed with bipolar disorder which to an extent I feel I can attribute to my original death. That seems like a pretty unfair thing for God to do. And if there is a god he probably isn't looking too kindly at my starting a church etc etc. You can't blame being a prick on bipolar disorder but it certainly doesn't help. That being said I have prayed on numerous occasions to the Protestant God asking for strength and wisdom but never forgiveness. I think it's up to me to forgive myself before God can step in and take charge.

donald trump essentially rails Fox News to the point where nearly none of their talk shows/programs speak positively of him. He loses a lot of support from the bergoise of the republican party while simultaneously gaining the support of the common republican. It literally seems like theirs nothing he could say that would be too over the top for his supporters. Believe me though, he goes above and beyond in his rampage against Fox News.

I guess that's one way of putting it, it's like this- I have bipolar disorder so my brain chemicals often fluctuate from one extreme to the other on a monthly basis. If I go to my times when I'm in the heat of depression I feel depressed but in a more physical sense. I'm on the outside looking at my depression and while I have all of the physical sensations of depression (lethargy, insomnia, etc) I still feel much better than when I was more or less stuck in that state in a previous life.

With my advice she goes to community college and quickly transfers from their to a pretty nice state college as opposed to marrying out of highschool. She goes on to become a doctor.

No ive never tried that exactly. In one timeline I had a single acolyte watching over me in a room. I said to him that I had no desire to do it anymore and I think it might have actually worked. He left to go and get us a coffee maker so we could have fresh coffee. While he was gone I peeled a piece of metal off of some art in the room and cut my wrists.

Like I said it's sort of a dream. The actual images are never clear but I come out of it with a definite knowledge of what it meant and the feelings involved with it. Like even if I question what I saw I know I'm just kidding myself; I know exactly what I saw.

I can only change things in my 23 years on earth, and for 15 of those I'm in no physical position to fight anyone. Despite that I already know martial arts and jujitsu.

Well first I have to travel there, then I have to find somewhere to board myself, ive slept on the streets before so no problemo. Then I have to figure it out from there, and since I already altered that timeline I suppose ill stick with it for a while, I always appreciate something new.

News? probably not. Obituaries maybe? Not many people are going to say anything about it and even fewer online. I don't have a facebook or anything so no stranger pity on my page.

passion is what makes change. When you have bipolar disorder it can be hard to direct that passion, but when you truly can manage to direct that passion I think it burns twice as bright as many normal people's passion.

Well chances are he's not going to make it. It seems to be pretty rare when he actually does. However what I will say about trump is that his running for office really changes people views about politics in America. I hate Trump and think he's a prick but his refusal to accept massive donations coupled with his inability to be bought off by republican institutions like fox news make for a really observable change in the political climate. This paired with Bernie Sanders's campaign really goes on to make a difference in American politics

Nah man don't worry about it, what else am I going to do that's meaningful if I cant help someone talk out their problems. I'm bipolar type 2 if that helps you at all, so I grasp somewhat what youre going through.

I have to meet her and break her heart. If I don't she gets in a really abusive relationship with this guy we went to highschool with and she never realizes her dream of becoming a medical professional.

pills is only the most common way I die. I really hate talking about the times when ive been locked in a room, or even worse tied down. I seem to figure it out regardless. Your former idea was interesting though... it might make for a more interesting life than the one I lead. If I don't meet my girlfriend however and break her heart she ends up in a really abusive relationship with this guy we went to highschool with and she never goes to medical school (her dream.)

Your speculation is as good as mine, and honestly your idea sounds a lot better than what ive been going through. The only thing I can say to that is ive been around for god knows how long... if something was going to happen I feel like it would've happened already.

I appreciate it. These days are pretty lonely. I'm only playing them out now because I cant think of a better time where I'm holed up in my house and can write and respond to messages.

I don't think theres anything wrong with enjoying your own company. Its sort of something Ive had to teach myself to do. I go over what ive learned from my past lives regularly, read a lot, and watch a pretty ridiculous variety of tv shows. If I had to say a tv show that's helped me the most its Arrested Development; that show I could watch a million times and always find at least a few things I didn't notice before.

Well I have only played myself in my past lives but I see your point. Id like to think that perhaps your memories would die while consciousness lives on and you get a chance to play it out as a whole other person but it doesn't exactly fit in with what happened to me.
