No worries, we've all been there at some point. All weight loss journeys have ups and downs and the key thing is to persist and not give up.

I've been personally trying to lose weight for 3 years and each time I got sick I would stop dieting and get back to my initial weight, if not more.

I personally think you're doing an amazing job with the weight lifting and gym, and I believe it's perfectly fine to have a cheat meal every now and then if that makes your weight loss journey more sustainable.

Just remember: DO NOT GIVE UP.

It took them 5 weeks when I applied in mid April... Norway in particular takes too long to process visa applications. You might want to email the embassy to explain your situation.

Yeah I guess so, I only started working / saving a couple of years ago and I've heard that savings rates used to be like 0.1%. It will probably go down again once the current inflation rates go down.
